If you’re attending class in person, bring water to stay hydrated and a mat. Everything else is provided. If you’re joining us online, you’ll need a yoga mat and a chair (or the kitchen bench!). You may want to invest in a small soft ball, some light hand weights and a resistance band but none of these is essential. Canned food from the pantry and cushions etc work well too!

Class is usually just under 60 minutes divided into 5-10 min warmup, 10-15 min upper body work, 20-30 min of barre exercises (mostly lower body) and 10 min floor work (abdominals/lower body) followed by a cool down. Expect to be sparkling at the end! Online classes are offered in varying lengths so you can get in a quick 10-20-minute core workout or dancer’s stretch whenever it suits you.
