Jane is a fantastic dance teacher. My daughter has grown immensely in confidence thanks to Jane's teaching style. Jane manages to make the class fun and engaging, but also applies sound ballet techniques. My daughter was fully prepared for the exam and found it a positive experience. I cannot rate Jane high enough as a dance teacher for all ages.
I was new to yoga and barre/pilates before I started online courses with Jane during lockdown. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the body and everything she teaches. She has a beautiful, gentle manner and her classes are varied and well-considered for any level. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I did power yoga with Jane in the studio, did SUP yoga with Jane on the surfboards out on the water and even did yoga with a massive big bump - and I loved every session with this amazing teacher! So glad I can finally do yoga with her again - this time over in Europe, at home on my kitchen floor! Thanks Jane, keep it up.

Having specialised in many different modalities over the last 25 years (I have a background in dance, yoga, barre, fitness, and pilates — plus a breadth of knowledge across all things women’s health & wellness) I've been able to create this membership in a way that brings together a unique and varied mix of movement styles.
Because we like to have options. Some days we need a full body sweat; other days we need balance and breathwork.
The point is: every type of movement counts. Moving your body mindfully (even for just 15 minutes a day) can do wonders for both your physical and emotional wellbeing. All you need is a mat.
And that's because I have a deep understanding of anatomy and how different movements should feel within our bodies.
I guide you through each class in a way that will challenge and nurture you. It’s a delicate balance to get right, but when we do, everything clicks — and the joy of movement suddenly becomes addictive!

Yin when I need to destress (the myofascial release is super good for the creaky niggles that come and go). And Pilates is a great all-rounder.”

You can stream your classes from any sort of device — whether it’s your smartphone, laptop, tablet or smart TV — which means you can do your workouts from anywhere.
Yes, with no questions asked. If you find you’re not enjoying the membership for whatever reason, you can easily cancel your subscription online anytime.
No — that’s the beauty of a digital membership! All classes are pre-recorded and loaded onto the online library, so you can do your workout whenever it suits you (you can also return to your favourites over and over again).
These are the only live elements, so you can either do these with me in real time or watch the replay (they all get saved to the Facebook page).
Absolutely — two for the price of one, right? My workouts are great for men, women, teens…everyone! So feel free to get the whole family moving together.
First, you’ll be welcomed with a quick intro and given instructions for any props you might need handy. Then we crack straight into it! I will give options for modifications and advancements as we go.
