A number of these classes (breathe, stretch, power, ease and ground) are from a series I released called 7-day movement ritual. I’m so delighted that members loved this and will definitely get creating in this style/space early in 2025. Give the members what they want I say!

10. Runners stretch

A great recovery session from athletic activity and a nice active stretch on its own if that's what you're feeling like.

9. breathe - 18 minutes

Your breath will guide your movement in this practice to create openness, connection and prana/energy flow. Find movement within each pose, be prepared for waves of movement.

8. stretch - 20 minutes

Enjoy the 'loungey' vibe of this vinyasa flow class as we drop into kneeling lunges and pull back into the hamstrings. End with a 5 minute meditation for relaxation and tension release

7. bonus abs - 11 minutes

This short session is a great one to add onto another challenge session if you're wanting to work for a little longer, also great if you're low on time! A creative combo of abdominal focused movements - focus on your foundations and feel yourself build strength every time you visit this session!

6. hatha yoga for lower back care - 25 minutes

Build strength and suppleness in the two side pillars of the spine with this nourishing sequence. Give the nervous sequence a break as we begin with my favourite pranayama (breath) practice then gentle engagement, with beginner options before moving through some standing poses and finishing with a block under the hips. A fantastic one to keep revisiting if you experience lower back pain, stress, anxiety, and to nourish the lower back in general.

5. power - 20 minutes

This class has a focus around steadiness but lightness with sun salutations and standing poses that cultivate POWER! Don't be afraid of this word though because the power I'm talking about is from within. 5 minute meditation included.

4. Vinyasa flow for winter - 30 minutes

Stimulate your immune system and bring some fresh energy in with this sequence designed for the winter months

3. hatha yoga for neck, chest and shoulders - 20 minutes

This gentle Hatha yoga class focuses on unravelling tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back. The perfect unwind at the end of the day or to reset anytime. No props required

2. ease - 25 minutes

Another lovely 'loungey' vibe repeating some poses from our stretch class to help with cultivating that inner ease, repetition is great for that! Finish with a lovely inversion before sinking into a 5 minute meditation

  1. ground - 20 minutes

Begin with 4 part breathing and table top variations. Sun salutations with forward fold/squat variations, a creative standing flow from the roots of a tree finishing down in some back bends with the support of the earth. 5 minute grounding meditation to finish.
